Some RL drama for you

There are 4 kids
Jane- the culprit
Mary- the crazed chick in love
Donna- the innocent bystander
John- the heartbreaker

Mary has been in deep like with John for many years now, and John sporadically returned those feelings, but in short spurts. Jane, Mary, and Donna are best friends, and have been longer than Mary and John have been, you know, Mary and John.

So it was John's birthday, and Donna invites John, Mary, and Jane over for a party. Mary arrives first, and she and Donna begin to prep a birthday cake for John. John arrives second, and hangs out with the two girls until Jane arrives fashionably late.

Jane and John have known each other longest and were never incredibly close, but had recently blossomed a close and innocent (enough) friendship. They hung out for most of the party, but would occasionally look up from the episodes of Smosh they were watching on John's ipod to notice that Mary and Donna were gone. They had figured they were going to check on the cake.

This happened maybe 3 times throughout the "party" and for durations of over 15 minutes at a time, and every time Mary would come back downstairs, Jane and John noticed her getting angrier and angrier. The last time Mary came downstairs. She noticed Jane and John... closer... than usual, which began to fill her with rage.

When Donna announced the cake was ready, everyone piled upstairs to eat it. This was the time that Jane and John were discussing what he wanted for his birthday (this was only a small party, a larger party was to be held later in the week). This caused Mary to explode emotions.

As John stormed out with rage, Mary began accusing Jane of "liking John" and "ruining her chances". That Jane was "Flirting" and "It needed to stop". If it weren't for Donna's athletic practice, Jane and Mary probably would've killed each other.

My only question is, whose fault is it?
Jane and her flirtatious tendancies but innocent intentions?
Mary and her confused teenage girl crush?
Donna and her bystanding attempts to calm the two?
or
John and his unknown desires?

With the summer months here, I've made my return to the simming community :) I've decided to cancel all old stories and legacies and have decided to begin a new one! Here my founder, if you're interested...

News that (possibly) sucks

I've been trying so hard lately to release some kind of sim story, but I simply can't. I'll write somethig, enjoy it, but never finish. Or I'll get completely finished and hate the product, so I trash it.
I love my legacy, like, a LOT, and I've been taking pics like crazy trying to miraculously get some kind of interesting storline going for my next few generations, but what I come up with just seems stupid.
So here's the dealio- imma spend the rest of the week:
1.) legacy writing (hopefully 2 chapters)
2.) putting finishing touches on Pressure so I can finally release that
3.) remembering to charge my laptop so i dont end up trying to make a blog post on mah teeny iPod touch haha

If I fail to do those 3 by new years, don't expect any more stories unless I'm truly inspired.

Working on a short story. You like?

Nightfall; bringing a certain mysterious presence that is as much of a blessing as it is a curse. The darkness of the sky is always in such perfect contrast with the brightness of the full autumn moon; always allowing me to remember how my life came to be this way. I embraced the darkness, for it was the only home I knew.
The streetlight above me flickered as I looked down the seemingly vacant midnight street. A rush of adrenaline consumed my frozen body as his deep violet eyes met mine. His beautiful olive skin glowed in the moonlight, and it became brighter with every step I took to meet him. Elijah was my love; my destiny; my only light.
“Eli,” I whispered as his cold hand met my face, causing sparks to jolt through each of my senses. Leaning forward with full force, my full lips met his mouth- then heaven I never knew. As Eli tightened his embrace on my slender waist, my heart quickened the way it had when I was alive.
Alive I thought, returning the embrace. How I craved to be alive. Oh how I hungered to feel the rush of blood through my hollow veins. The curse of the night had charmed me so quickly and taken me away from a beauty I knew only decades ago.
A tear, so clear and spherical, fell from my clear white eyes as the thought of the joy it was to feel warm human touch upon my skin. As much as I loved my Eli, this was the one pleasure he could not provide for me in our current state of being.
Stopping abruptly, Eli reached his hand out to my face with understandable caution. Lightly wiping a tear from my left cheek, he gazed into my eyes as his face formed to the same pained expression I was showing at that moment. Elijah felt my pain when nobody else understood it.

It's not finished, very rough, and barely makes any sense, but I think it may be good enough to continue :)

Stupid Patch!

My game is running just fine, but of course my mods must stay out of my game until their updated versions are released. One of these mods that had to be taken out HELD ALL MY SKINTONES! So now I'm back to the stupid EA defaults instead of my lovely colorful ones :(
Plus my slider hacks are all out (mainly because ONCE AGAIN the mods need updating) so I can't continue my legacy or my new series Pressure until THE MODS UPDATE! Among those mods there is:
-Extended core
-Master controller
-Story progression
-Woohooer
-Abortion clinic
-Desecrate weapons mod
-UI cas basics (seeing my nondefault skintones)

IT SUCKS! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! And who knows when everything'll be up and running? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

New Story Begins SOON

I'm starting a new story that I'm either going to publish here on this blog, a new story blog, or at the ea story board.
I've already kinda crossycrossed that last idea out, but the other two are still open! I will tell you that the story will take place in Barnacle Bay and will revolve around a woman's memories of living her life as the child of a teenage mother without any contact with her father. Zephyr, the story will be called. I'm beginning the prologue now and it should be up sometime soon :)

Decisions, decisions

The lovely Alexurt1 has gifted me Barnacle Bay, and I must admit that it is a fabulous neighborhood (despite what some simmers have been saying).
As you know, I have a Legacy called The Deepest Lake, and to tell you the truth, I'm a bit sick of Sunset Valley. I can't decide if I wanna move My Deepest Lake family now or wait until I have my second generation heir announced.
Hm...

My Timmy was featured!

So I'm doing my everyday site searching and I notice that my little gift icon was showing I had something new. It confused me, considering I haven't uploaded or written anything in a while, and It turns out my smexy boy Timmy was featured! Yay!

This is my first time ever being featured, so it's pretty cool! He's completely cc free so I'm guessing that's why, but he's a sexy one!

I Feel so Bad Now...

I've always blamed the gurus! I feel bad now. I think I should send them an apology or chocolate or give them permission to shoot me or something.
Well at least I now know that it's Customer Support I should be killing.

The World's Hardest Game

Okay, so whenever my sims games take forever to load (or I'm just feeling incredibly bored), I mosey on over to addictinggames and play The World's Hardest Game.
Seriously- it's actually called The World's Hardest Game, and, my friends, it definitely lives up to it's title.

Here's a description of the game:
1.) You are the red square. Maneuver yourself through the maze of the level.
2.) The level starts at a green beacon. You need to make your way to the other green beacon to complete the level. If there are other green beacons between the two that start/end the level, they're checkpoints
3.) If there are yellow circles on the level, you must collect them to advance.
4.) On your way through the level, avoid the blue balls (that sounds so wrong).
5.) If you hit a blue ball, you will die and be sent back to start. You have an unlimited number of deaths, so don't be afraid to put yourself in there with those blue balls (teehee I'm so immature xD).
6.) The goal of the game is to get through all thirty levels with the least amount of deaths possible.

Just throwin' the idea out there...

Remember my story Innocent? Well...

I never really finished it. The final chapter came up around a reeaaallllyyyyy bad time in my personal life, so I just kinda threw the whole thing off. After things kinda sorted out, I decided to post Derrel, Morgana, and Tyler (toddler/young adult) on the exchange.

Not long after that, I decided to have a little fun with my favorite simmysim Mr. Tyler Derrel Lewis, and now I have an idea; an Innocent spin-off series.
It would be mainly follow Tyler's young adult life after a confusing and troubled childhood and the problems he faces as Morgana (his mother) and Ridge (the only father he ever knew) begin to grow apart. Another problem will arise when he begins to see hallucinations of his chemically imbalanced father Derrel, even though he has been dead for 24 years.

Does it sound like a good idea???

Oh, and here's a bribe to get you to say yes...
